ABOUT
The Gateway is an independent cinema and events venue in Ross on Wye featuring fifty luxury seats, high-quality surround sound system, and a high definition big screen.
Located on the Upper Ground Floor of Labels Shopping, The Gateway screens a wide range of films, from classics, to foreign, to cults and modern films. As an independent venue, we pride ourselves on creating a diverse programme, including sensory screenings, live screenings from the Royal Opera House, National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company, as well as concert screenings and live events.
Please use our UPPER CAR PARK when visiting the Gateway, located next to KFC.
Film lovers can enjoy a delicious range of snacks as well as an extensive range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from our fully licensed bar.
PRICES
The following prices may apply for the following age groups attending our event cinema screenings only.
– Concessions (Aged 60+)
– Child (Aged 14 and under)

FOOD & DRINK
Hot Food
Food is available with certain showings, usually our live screened events.
We will contact you ahead of the event, with the available options so you can make your reservation.
Drinks and Snacks
We sell a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and range of snacks which are available to purchase from our bar at all of our screenings, including sweets and savoury snacks.
Food & Beverage Policy Disclaimer
Please note that The Gateway Cinema does not allow any outside food or drinks to be taken into screenings. This policy is in place to maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests, and to support our in-house concessions. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
PRIVATE HIRE
The Gateway is available to hire for private events. Hire includes a choice of film and exclusive use of the bar and cinema area. The venue is also available for corporate hire.

SENSORY SCREENINGS
We welcome those with additional needs to these special screenings. We will make sure we do everything possible to make your visit as comfortable as possible. Below is a list of the special things we will be offering during these screenings. Please do not hesitate to let us know if you have any additional requests to these.
